Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment is due before the start of the program or service.

6. Private Tutoring Policy
Private tutoring includes one-on-one tutoring and private small-group tutoring arranged directly with Lingo Dice.
Cancellation by Client or Student
Private tutoring sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
If the Client or Student cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice, misses the session, or does not attend, the session will be charged at the full rate.
No refund, credit, or makeup session will be provided for no-shows or late cancellations unless otherwise approved by Lingo Dice in writing.
Cancellation by Lingo Dice or Instructor
If Lingo Dice or the instructor must cancel a private tutoring session, Lingo Dice will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session at a mutually agreeable time.
If a makeup session cannot be arranged, the missed session fee may be credited or refunded.
Late Arrival
Students who arrive late will receive only the remaining time of the scheduled session. Sessions will not be extended due to student lateness.
If the instructor arrives late, Lingo Dice will compensate the missed time by extending the session when possible or by adding the missed time to a future session.
Tutoring Packages
Tutoring packages, prepaid sessions, or monthly tutoring plans must be used within the timeframe stated at purchase or in the written agreement. Unused sessions may expire if not used within the stated period.
If no timeframe is stated, sessions must be used within 30 calendar days from the first scheduled session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Group Courses Policy
Group courses include online or in-person classes offered during a defined course term.
Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and complete assigned work.

-
9–7 business days before the start of the course: 50% refund
-
6–4 business days before the start of the course: 25% refund
-
Less than 4 business days before the start of the course or after the course begins: No refund

Lingo Dice may offer in-person camps, summer camps, seasonal camps, workshops, cultural programs, and special events.
These programs may include Arabic language instruction, arts and crafts, cultural exploration, storytelling, cooking activities, games, indoor and outdoor activities, and other supervised educational activities.
By registering a student for an in-person program, the Parent/Guardian gives permission for the student to participate in the activities described for that program, unless specific restrictions are submitted in writing and accepted by Lingo Dice before the program begins.
9. Camp and In-Person Program Attendance
Students must attend only on the dates, times, weeks, or sessions for which they are registered and confirmed.
Daily, weekly, or flexible registration options may be offered based on availability. Selected dates are not guaranteed until confirmed by Lingo Dice and payment has been completed.
Missed camp days, late arrivals, early pickups, absences, travel conflicts, illness, or schedule changes by the family are not refunded or credited unless otherwise stated in writing.
Lingo Dice does not guarantee that a student may switch dates, weeks, locations, or program times after registration.
10. Drop-Off and Pick-Up Policy
For in-person programs, the Parent/Guardian is responsible for dropping off and picking up the student on time.
Students may be released only to the Parent/Guardian or to adults authorized in writing on the registration form or pickup authorization form.
Lingo Dice may request identification from any adult picking up a student.
If someone not listed as an authorized pickup person arrives to pick up a student, Lingo Dice may refuse to release the student until authorization is confirmed by the Parent/Guardian.
Late pickup fees may apply if a student is picked up after the scheduled program end time. Repeated late pickups may result in removal from the program.
11. Health, Allergies, and Medical Information
The Parent/Guardian is responsible for providing accurate and complete medical, allergy, dietary, medication, emergency contact, and health information before the student attends any in-person program.
The Parent/Guardian must notify Lingo Dice in writing of any changes before the student attends.
Lingo Dice cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
If the student has severe allergies, medical needs, behavioral needs, dietary restrictions, or other health-related concerns, the Parent/Guardian must inform Lingo Dice before registration is finalized so Lingo Dice can determine whether reasonable accommodations can be made.
12. Emergency Medical Consent
In case of emergency, the Parent/Guardian authorizes Lingo Dice staff or representatives to contact emergency services and/or seek emergency medical or dental care for the student if the Parent/Guardian cannot be reached immediately.
The Parent/Guardian understands that they are responsible for any medical, dental, ambulance, emergency, or related costs incurred for the student’s care.
Lingo Dice will make reasonable efforts to contact the Parent/Guardian and emergency contacts as soon as possible.
13. Medication Policy
Lingo Dice staff do not administer medication unless a specific written medication authorization has been completed and accepted by Lingo Dice before the program begins.
Students may not bring or self-administer medication during an in-person program unless this has been disclosed and approved in writing.
Emergency medications, such as inhalers or epinephrine auto-injectors, must be discussed with Lingo Dice before the student attends.
14. Illness Policy
Students should not attend in-person programs if they have symptoms of contagious illness, fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or any condition that may put other students or staff at risk.
Lingo Dice may ask a Parent/Guardian to pick up a student who becomes ill during the program.
Absences due to illness are not automatically refundable or creditable unless a specific program policy states otherwise.
15. Food, Snacks, and Cooking Activities
Some Lingo Dice programs may include snacks, food-related activities, cultural food demonstrations, or cooking activities.

Lingo Dice reserves the right to modify program details when necessary, including schedule, instructor, curriculum, platform, classroom, location, activity, or format.
Lingo Dice may cancel, combine, postpone, or reschedule a class or program due to low enrollment, instructor illness, facility issues, emergency, safety concerns, weather, public health concerns, or other circumstances beyond Lingo Dice’s reasonable control.
If Lingo Dice cancels a program before it begins, Lingo Dice may offer a refund, credit, transfer, or alternative program option.

In such cases, Lingo Dice may provide an alternative format, reschedule, issue credit, or make another reasonable arrangement at its discretion.
27. Assumption of Risk for In-Person Activities
The Parent/Guardian understands that participation in in-person programs, camps, workshops, games, art activities, cultural activities, indoor activities, outdoor activities, and food-related activities may involve ordinary risks, including minor injuries, accidents, illness, allergic reactions, or other unexpected incidents.
By enrolling the student, the Parent/Guardian agrees that the student may participate in supervised program activities and accepts the ordinary risks associated with participation.
