9) Food and Allergy Policy

  • If a child has food allergies or dietary restrictions, this must be clearly stated on the registration form.
  • Some camp activities may include cooking or food tasting; therefore, parents are responsible for providing all important dietary and allergy information in advance.
  • Camp administration will make reasonable efforts to accommodate food allergies, but cannot guarantee an entirely allergen-free environment.

10) Behavior and Discipline

  • In the event of emergencies or circumstances beyond the camp’s control, families will be informed as soon as possible regarding any changes or next steps.

For Sponsors:

By submitting this sponsorship form and payment, the sponsor agrees to the following Sponsorship Terms and Conditions:

1. Sponsorship Request and Acceptance

Submission of this form and payment constitutes a request to sponsor the Lingo Dice Arabic & Cultural Summer Camp 2026. Sponsorship is subject to review and acceptance by Lingo Dice. A sponsorship is not considered final until confirmed by Lingo Dice in writing.

Lingo Dice reserves the right to decline any sponsorship request at its sole discretion, including where the proposed sponsorship is not aligned with the mission, audience, values, program needs, or operational requirements of the camp.

2. Sponsorship Fee and Payment

The sponsor agrees to pay the sponsorship amount selected in the form at the time of submission. Payment must be successfully processed in order for the sponsorship request to be submitted.

All payments are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

If a sponsorship request is accepted, the payment will be applied to the selected sponsorship opportunity. If a sponsorship request is not accepted, Lingo Dice will issue a refund in accordance with Section 6 of these Terms.

3. Sponsorship Benefits

Sponsorship benefits vary depending on the sponsorship level or activity selected. Benefits may include, where applicable, sponsor name recognition, logo placement, website acknowledgment, social media recognition, event signage, inclusion in promotional materials, and other agreed sponsor benefits.

Lingo Dice will make reasonable efforts to provide the applicable sponsorship benefits as described at the time of sponsorship. However, Lingo Dice reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions, modifications, or adjustments to sponsor benefits where necessary due to scheduling, production, operational, venue, safety, legal, or other event-related considerations.

4. Sponsor Name, Logo, and Brand Materials

If the sponsor submits a company name, logo, brand asset, website link, social media handle, tagline, or other promotional material, the sponsor represents and warrants that:

  • the sponsor owns or has all necessary rights, permissions, and authority to provide and authorize the use of such materials;
  • the submitted materials do not infringe or violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property, trademark, copyright, privacy, or publicity rights; and
  • the materials provided are accurate, current, and suitable for promotional use.

By submitting such materials, the sponsor grants Lingo Dice a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, resize, crop, and format the sponsor’s name, logo, and submitted brand materials solely for sponsorship-related promotional, recognition, event, and marketing purposes in connection with the camp.

This may include use on:

  • the Lingo Dice website;
  • camp registration and sponsor pages;
  • email announcements;
  • social media posts;
  • printed or digital flyers;
  • signs, banners, and event materials;
  • camper welcome materials; and
  • post-event acknowledgments or summaries.

Lingo Dice will use reasonable efforts to display sponsor names and logos in a professional manner, but does not guarantee specific size, placement, format, visibility level, duration, impressions, engagement, or marketing performance unless expressly stated in writing.

5. Sponsor Content Standards

The sponsor agrees that any materials, statements, claims, logos, slogans, product references, links, or promotional content submitted to Lingo Dice must be lawful, accurate, and not misleading.

Lingo Dice reserves the right to reject, remove, edit, abbreviate, or decline to publish any sponsor-provided name, logo, statement, link, or promotional material that, in its judgment, is inappropriate, misleading, offensive, discriminatory, unsafe, unlawful, inconsistent with the camp’s mission, or otherwise unsuitable for a youth- and family-centered educational program.

Advertising and promotional statements should be truthful and not misleading. FTC truth-in-advertising principles apply generally to advertising and endorsements, including online promotional content.

6. Refunds and Non-Acceptance

If Lingo Dice declines a sponsorship request before confirming the sponsorship, the sponsor will receive a refund of the amount paid, less any nonrefundable third-party processing fees only if clearly disclosed at the time of payment.

If a sponsorship has already been accepted and confirmed, sponsorship payments are generally nonrefundable unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law.

If Lingo Dice cancels the sponsored activity, substantially changes it, or is unable to deliver the sponsorship for reasons within its control, Lingo Dice may, at its discretion, offer one or more of the following:

  • a partial refund;
  • a full refund;
  • transfer of the sponsorship to another camp activity, date, or location;
  • substitution with comparable sponsor recognition or benefits.

7. Event Changes

Lingo Dice reserves the right to modify camp dates, times, locations, formats, activity structures, staffing, delivery methods, promotional schedules, or sponsor benefit implementation if reasonably necessary.

Such changes do not automatically entitle the sponsor to a refund, provided Lingo Dice makes reasonable efforts to deliver substantially similar sponsorship value.

8. No Guarantee of Marketing Results

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Lingo Dice does not guarantee any specific number of attendees, leads, impressions, clicks, conversions, sales, business opportunities, publicity outcomes, or return on investment resulting from sponsorship.

9. Sponsor Authority

The individual submitting the form represents and warrants that they are authorized to act on behalf of the sponsor and to enter into this sponsorship transaction, including authorizing payment and the use of the sponsor’s submitted business information and logo.

10. Billing and Payment Processing

Payments made through the sponsorship form are processed through a third-party payment provider. Lingo Dice does not store full payment card numbers, card security codes, or other sensitive card authentication data on its own servers when using hosted or provider-secured payment tools.

Payment processing may be subject to the terms, privacy practices, and security controls of the third-party payment provider. Hosted payment tools and provider-hosted card fields are commonly used to reduce direct handling of card data by the business.

11. Privacy

Lingo Dice collects and uses the information submitted through the sponsorship form for purposes including:

  • reviewing sponsorship requests;
  • processing payments;
  • communicating with sponsors;
  • administering sponsorship benefits;
  • providing sponsor recognition;
  • maintaining business records; and
  • related operational, legal, and administrative purposes.

By submitting the form, the sponsor acknowledges that they have reviewed the Lingo Dice Privacy Policy.

California law generally requires businesses that collect personal information online to provide a privacy policy and notice at collection describing the categories of personal information collected and the purposes for which they are used.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lingo Dice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the sponsorship, sponsor recognition, event changes, promotional use, technical issues, website outages, or third-party platform failures.

Lingo Dice’s total liability arising from the sponsorship shall not exceed the total sponsorship amount actually paid by the sponsor.

13. Indemnification

The sponsor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lingo Dice and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

  • the sponsor’s breach of these Terms;
  • the sponsor’s submitted materials, including logos, text, links, or brand assets;
  • allegations that sponsor materials infringe the rights of a third party; or
  • the sponsor’s unlawful, false, misleading, or unauthorized representations.

14. Force Majeure

Lingo Dice shall not be responsible for delay, cancellation, or failure to perform sponsorship-related obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, fire, public health events, government actions, venue issues, labor shortages, technical failures, internet outages, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the sponsorship form, any selected sponsorship details, the Privacy Policy, and any written confirmation issued by Lingo Dice, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the sponsorship unless superseded by a separate written sponsorship agreement signed by both parties.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Changes to These Terms

Lingo Dice may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version in effect at the time of the sponsor’s submission and payment will apply to that transaction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
